Shipping & RTO (Return to Origin) Policy

What are the delivery charges?

  • There are no other delivery charges for orders above Rs 1199/-. In cases where the order value is lower than the minimum required, some extra charges may be applied for shipping. The final price shown on the order summary page before confirmation is the price you will pay—no hidden charges.

What is the estimated delivery time?

  • Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control. If an order cannot be delivered within 7 days, we will inform you. You will receive order and shipping confirmation emails accordingly.
  • If a delivery location is not supported by our logistics partners, the order will be canceled and refunded, and the customer will be informed.

What about hidden costs (sales tax, GST etc)?

  • There are no extra taxes or hidden charges. All prices shown are final and inclusive of GST.

Do TravelLikes_Me deliver internationally?

  • Currently, we deliver only within India. International delivery is not available at this time. Couriers operate Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm, excluding public holidays.

At TravelLikes_Me, we strive to ensure smooth and timely delivery. Below is how we handle Return to Origin (RTO) cases:

Delivery Attempts

  • We make a minimum of two delivery attempts and, in some cases, a third attempt via Shiprocket.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful, the order is marked as RTO and returned to us.

For Partial COD Orders

  • If a partial COD order is returned, we deduct the shipping cost or the partial payment received (whichever is lower) and cancel the order.
  • The customer may place a new order if they wish.

For Prepaid Orders

  • If a prepaid order is returned after the first failed attempt, we will contact the customer.
  • If the customer requests reshipment, it will be done at no extra cost.
  • If the order is returned again (second RTO), actual shipping costs will be deducted and the remaining amount refunded.
  • If the customer chooses not to reorder, a full refund will be issued.
