Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At TravelLikes_Me, we are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed, high-quality travel essentials crafted with care. We take pride in our products, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. The following policy outlines our approach to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return the product after shipment, our return policy (detailed below) will apply, including the applicable logistic deduction based on the order value.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- You have received the product in good condition but wish to return it for personal or subjective reasons (e.g., change of mind, dislike of color, etc.).
For all return requests, please email us at contact@travellikesme.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and reason for return.
3. Return Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup.
- Upon receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality control inspection.
- If the product passes inspection, we will process your refund (after applicable deductions).
- Any product returned in a damaged, used, or tampered condition will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after successful quality checks.
4. Return & Exchange Charges
To maintain fair pricing and cover our growing logistics costs, a nominal logistics fee will be deducted from all eligible refunds or exchanges:

This deduction covers both the delivery and reverse-pickup costs.
For exchanges (including color or product replacement), the same deductions will apply.
5. Proof During Return & Product Condition
When you hand over your return parcel to the delivery person, please make a short video or take a few photos at that time. This will serve as proof that you sent the correct item and quantity. You can email the photos or video to contact@travellikesme.com or message us on +91 91474 10097.
This helps us in case we receive something different during return — we can raise a complaint with the third-party delivery team showing that our customer had sent the correct product but it was changed during transit.
If you receive a defective item, please take photos and a short video at the time of unboxing and send them to contact@travellikesme.com or through WhatsApp on our website.
Please note: Towels are considered intimate-use items. If any returned towel shows signs of use, it will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. This is for hygiene reasons, and such products will not be accepted once used, even if only once.
6. Refund Mode
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
- Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect after approval.
7. Return Frequency Limit
Each customer may initiate only one return/exchange request every 30 days. If a return is initiated due to non-availability at delivery, it will still be counted as one return attempt.
Warranty Policy
All TravelLikes_Me products come with a 1–5 year manufacturing warranty, depending on the product type.
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, exposure to extreme conditions, or normal wear and tear.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer a comparable TravelLikes_Me product or a credit voucher of equivalent value.
To claim warranty, email contact@travellikesme.com with photos of the defect. Once approved, you may need to ship the product to us; if the claim is valid, we’ll refund the shipping cost.
If the claim is invalid, return shipping will be at the customer’s expense.
The warranty is limited to the original purchaser or gift recipient. Refunds for balance amounts (if replacement product value is lesser) are not permitted. Warranty value is limited to the product’s purchase price.
